Bank of England holds interest rates at 0.25%
The Bank of England has once again kept UK interest rates at a record low of 0.25%. Interest rates have been at this level since August 2016.
The Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), who set interest rates, voted 6 – 2 to leave interest rates unchanged at 0.25%.
